Your ambulance.
Your way to check it.

More than the morning check

Keep the rest of readiness together.

After every call

Use it. Replace it. Record it.

Enter the call number, record supplies used, and confirm replacements with new expiration dates. Anything still missing stays visible for the next crew.

Your supplies

Know what belongs on each ambulance.

Keep equipment and medications together, with required quantities, actual stock, batches, and expiration dates. Track department storage separately.

Your handoff

Leave the next crew a clear update.

Post concerns and supply needs in Pass-along. Any member can contribute, and resolved messages keep the board focused on what still needs attention.

Your people

Keep crew credentials in view.

Track provider licenses, certifications, and renewal dates. Set requirements by provider level and manage access for your team.

Your equipment

Stay ahead of expiration dates.

See upcoming medication and equipment expirations, record replacements, and keep the history. Provider renewal alerts bring credentials into the same workspace.

Your records

Know who checked what.

Each selected provider confirms their own participation. Saved reports preserve the answers, requirements, crew, and findings from that check.

Department roles control who can configure, check, and review.

The plan for new departments after their 30-day trial.

Get started

Prices are in USD. Accepting the agreement and creating a new department starts its 30-day trial automatically; creating an individual login does not. No card is required and no charge follows automatically. After the deadline, operational access requires a subscription or an extension, even while payment setup is pending. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled.

Before you get started

A few practical answers.

Have a question about your service’s workflow? Let’s walk through it.

Can we use our own checklists?

Yes. Edit supply-generated and custom checklists in the same editor. Combine quantity and expiration checks with questions such as a monitor self-test. Set the schedule, required crew, and ambulance assignment.

Do we have to build the visual ambulance?

No. Turn off Use the visual ambulance layout in Department settings to work from lists. Supplies, expiration dates, custom questions, and post-call restocking still work. Individual checks can also have no visual location.

How closely can the model match our ambulance?

Build all four exterior views and four patient-compartment walls. Interior side walls use a 5×3 grid; front and rear walls use 3×3. Place cabinets, drawers, monitors, radio panels, seats, oxygen, and other equipment where they belong.

Can crews use it on a phone?

Yes. Unitavra works in a modern browser on phones, tablets, and computers. An internet connection is required to load and save department records.

Is the subscription priced per provider?

No. A subscription covers one department, including its members and administrators. Monthly and annual plans include the same features.

How does the free trial work?

Your 30-day trial starts automatically when you accept the agreement and create your department. All standard features are included, with no card and no automatic charge. After the trial, continued operational access requires the $300/year subscription or an extension from Unitavra. Your exact deadline appears in Subscription.

What happens when a checklist changes?

Completed reports retain the original checklist, answers, crew, and rig details. New checks use your current requirements. Unitavra is for operational records; do not enter patient information.
